Installing OpenSUSE Into The Windows 10 Subsystem for GNU (WSL)
Microsoft have made the installation of the GNU subsystem a lot easier now and it just involves one change in the control panel and a reboot, then the appropriate os can be installed. I decided to install OpenSUSE, because I have noticed that most videos will install the default Ubuntu option that used to be the only one that could be installed. Initially I tried to install Fedora, because I had seen that it is now available for WSG, but it looks as if they expect you to pay for it, even though it is a free operating system. This is why I chose to use OpenSUSE, because it is not as popular as Ubuntu and it is good for people to have a bit of variety in their life, rather than just going for what the zombies are choosing. Using OpenSUSE is pretty much the same as using something like Ubuntu, because it is based on the same GNU backend that then talks to the kernel.
